Our client requested a control system for three salad wash lines and a basket washer, designed to precisely control the quality of water used for the washing process. Water is added using VSD-controlled pumps and proportional valves, with feedback from flow meters and level sensors to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The system features a Siemens ET200S PLC and a 12" Simatic touchscreen HMI for seamless operation. It collects and logs 70,000+ data points per shift, ensuring detailed performance monitoring. Additionally, the system automatically exports this data to the customer, providing streamlined access to critical information.

Remote access to the site is enabled through a secure VPN connection, offering convenient and safe system monitoring and troubleshooting.
